"Boss, what's going on?" Chu Yi asked with concern.
"Feng Zi might stir up something. Make sure they're careful!" Sheng Qi said.
After hanging up, Sheng Qi thought of Bai Tang and Zhang Xiaochu. Seeing it was late, he decided to warn them the next day.
The next morning, Sheng Qi called Zhang Xiaochu, but his phone was off.
He had to call Bai Tang instead, telling her to be cautious and to remind Zhang Xiaochu at school to keep a low profile.
Bai Tang couldn't help but laugh. "Beauty, are you scared of that lunatic? Want me to go beat him up for you? A few good beatings, and he'll behave!"
Sheng Qi warned sternly, "You're a student. Stop thinking about fighting all the time!"
"But he's bullying you!" Bai Tang said calmly.
Sheng Qi replied coldly, "Focus on your classes. Come to the club for tutoring after school, and bring Zhang Xiaochu with you!"
"Yes, Teacher Sheng!" Bai Tang chuckled.
After hanging up, Bai Tang headed to school in high spirits. Just as she reached the gate, she spotted an unwelcome visitor standing there, looking decent enough to draw glances from a group of nearby girls.
Bai Tang ignored him and walked past, but Feng Zi blocked her path.
"Miss Bai, why leave as soon as you see me?" Feng Zi smiled politely.
"Leave? Or should I give you a kick first?" Bai Tang asked.
Feng Zi surprisingly didn't get angry. Instead, he grinned eerily. "I came to take you to see your little boyfriend."
"Are you out of your mind?" Bai Tang stared at him coldly.
"What, isn't Zhang Xiaochu your boyfriend?" Feng Zi asked with a smile.
The moment the words left his mouth, Bai Tang grabbed his collar, yanked him down hard.
Feng Zi froze, meeting Bai Tang's icy gaze. A chill ran through him as her sinister voice rang out, "Feng Zi, if you dare touch him, I'll fucking kill you!"
